  • Chat messages — messages you send to the "Ask Enea" chatbot are stored to maintain your conversation history.
  • Name — only if you voluntarily provide it via the contact or bug report forms.
  • Usage data — basic server logs including page visits, timestamps, and IP addresses for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

  • Provide and maintain the service (authentication, chatbot functionality, essay access).
  • Respond to messages submitted through the contact or bug report forms.
  • Prevent abuse, bot activity, and unauthorized access.
  • Improve the site based on general usage patterns.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
